What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Staff position at Ocean 7?
SUMMARY OF ROLE: PM SHIFT NEEDED 3pm-11pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
1. Clean and service all common areas according to established standards and procedures. Commons areas include but are not limited to: lobby, pool area, parking lot, corridors, laundry area, employee break room, etc.
2. Stock, restock and store housekeeping carts
3. Respond to guests’ special requests or complaints and take action to ensure guest satisfaction
4. Handle guest baggage and or packages when requested
5. Maintain/manage the safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the facility, grounds and pool (including signage and lighting)
6. Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions
7. Follow established safety procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incident, unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor or manager on duty
8. Assist laundry operations by separating, cleaning and folding linens
9. Skillfully operate laundering equipment with safety in mind and always keep work area clean and safe
10. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
