At ODC, we support individuals with disabilities in building meaningful life and work skills so they can participate fully in their communities. As a Direct Services Specialist, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and job coaching to help individuals achieve their personal goals.

What You'll Do:
- Provide person-centered support that respects each individual's goals and abilities
- Help individuals build independence and life skills
- Support individuals participating in community activities and employment experiences
- Provide job coaching at community job sites
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating community work experiences
- Document progress and observations in electronic records
- Implement positive behavior support strategies
- Help maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support individualized service plans

Pay: $17.00 per hour
