What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services (Day Shift) position at Trademark Collection by Wyndham?
Guest Service Agents maintain our Front Desk operations and are the face of the hotel for our guests. Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting all guests that pass by the desk, assisting with check ins and check outs. They are responsible for fielding phone calls, answering inquiries about the property and information regarding the hotel, while booking reservations and everything in between. They maintain the hotel lobby appearance in keeping with our standards of excellence. This is a fun position full of hospitality. A great opportunity to serve people, engage in fun conversations and get paid while doing so.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Customer service skills
- Friendliness
- Frequent standing
- Lifting up to 30 pounds
- Stocking areas necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness of lobby, back office, and desk
- Some basic typing and computer knowledge
- Basic phone etiquette
- Basic math skills
- Occasional usage of the stairwells
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
