Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Traveling Leasing Hero position. The role involves traveling to different states and between various properties to support leasing efforts, conducting property tours, and securing leases to meet occupancy goals. Day-to-day tasks include showcasing properties to potential tenants, managing leasing agreements, and providing stellar customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with property management, assisting with marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless transitions for tenants.
Qualifications
- Prior leasing experience
- Experience with property management software
- Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, with the ability to effectively coordinate and plan for travel requirements.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, tenants, and team members professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring high client and tenant satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.
- Familiarity with Business Travel, including the ability to optimize travel schedules and manage associated logistics.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to travel as required by the role.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification or training in real estate or leasing is a plus.
