We are seeking skilled and motivated Tile Installers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, hardwood, across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and durability. Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute tile and flooring installations.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or underlayments for optimal adhesion.
- Install various flooring materials such as ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, hardwood, epoxy coatings, and carpets with precision and attention to detail.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and lay tiles or flooring materials according to specifications.
- Perform floor refinishing tasks including buffing, sealing, caulking, and water damage restoration to ensure long-lasting results.
- Follow all building installation safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment on construction sites.
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, caulking joints, and handling manual tasks related to building material installation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation including tile laying, vinyl floor installation.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or construction plans.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, saws, chisels as well as power tools like drills and tile cutters.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy materials safely throughout the workday.
- Construction site experience with a focus on building material installation and adherence to safety standards.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques and floor refinishing processes is preferred.
- Additional skills such as carpentry, handyman experience, remodeling expertise, or restoration industry background are advantageous.

Pay: $25.31 - $30.49 per hour
