Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admin/Staffing Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple functions.
- Conduct HR sourcing activities through social media management, cold calling, and research to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Lead candidate interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit through structured interview techniques.
- Negotiate employment terms and contracts ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
- Facilitate employee orientation, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures to promote retention and engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in recruiting, HRIS systems like ADP or Kronos, and employment law changes to optimize recruitment strategies.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels.
- Proven expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and sales techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive employment offers while aligning with company policies.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS or PeopleSoft for efficient applicant management.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems including ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex or Workday for employee data management.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques for various roles including entry-level through executive positions.
- Experience in HR sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools and lead generation tactics.
- Skills in relationship management to build strong partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Training & development experience to support onboarding programs and employee growth initiatives.
