Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care & Pain Management

Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: In-clinic (Primary Care Preventative Care Pain Management Program)
- Tuesday (Per Diem): Offsite Facility Coverage
- Thursday: Offsite Facility Coverage
- Friday: Optional / Flexible (based on clinic needs)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinic. This role blends primary care, preventative medicine, and structured pain management programs, along with offsite facility coverage for expanded patient access.

Responsibilities
In-Clinic (Monday & Wednesday)
- Provide comprehensive primary care services (adult patients)
- Conduct preventative care visits, annual exams, and wellness planning
- Manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, etc.)
- Evaluate and treat patients within a structured pain management program
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform patient education on lifestyle, prevention, and long-term health
- Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
Offsite Coverage (Tuesday & Thursday – Per Diem)
- Provide care at assigned partner facilities
- Perform routine medical evaluations and follow-ups
- Collaborate with facility staff for continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred (Primary Care or Pain Management a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Experience in botox and fillers
- Certification for aesthetics
Preferred Experience
- Background in preventative and functional medicine
- Exposure to or interest in pain management programs
- Experience working in outpatient clinics and/or facility-based care
