Part-Time Client Coordinator | Revive at The Group Medical Spa
Revive at The Group Medical Spa is looking for a PRN/As-Needed Client Coordinator to join our team!
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and client-focused individual to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of Revive.
This is a PRN/as-needed position designed to provide additional coverage based on staffing and business needs. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service
- Answer phones and assist clients with questions about appointments, services, and products
- Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate invoices and records
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and client portals
- Develop knowledge of Revive's treatments, services, and products to help educate clients
- Assist with product sales and provide recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area
- Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and product displays
- Support medical spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Help resolve client questions or concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate
- Collaborate with providers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Revive's policies and professional standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service, front desk, retail, spa, beauty, or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling software, client portals, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technology
- Dependable, positive, and willing to step in when additional coverage is needed
- Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or the medical spa industry is a plus
