Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects including cabinetry installation, flooring, tile laying, drywall, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and window installation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to perform building material installation and hardscaping construction Interpr
• Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage onsite activities related to plumbing, electrical work, drywall finishing, and other building system installations.
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow across all phases of remodeling projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times.
• Use Bluebeam or similar software for digital plan review and project documentation management.
• Oversee outdoor work environments including hardscape construction projects such as patios or walkways.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with building material installation including flooring, tile laying, drywall finishing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and window setup.
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and outdoor machinery necessary for hardscaping construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of safety protocols specific to construction sites combined with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
