Key Responsibilities
- Payment Posting: Accurately post daily customer payments, vendor bills, and transactions into QuickBooks Desktop.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Collections (Primary Focus): Proactively contact clients regarding overdue accounts, manage aging reports, and drive cash collection to minimize AR days.
- AP / AR Support: Process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR), matching invoices, tracking POs, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Record Maintenance: Keep financial files, receipts, and documentation organized and audit-ready.
