Responsibilities for the Customer Relations Associate:
- Serve as a Customer Relations Associate by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support sales efforts by educating homeowners on LeafGuard products and services.
- Answer customer questions and recommend the best solutions to meet their needs.
- Schedule consultations and assist customers throughout the process.
- Work alongside the rest of the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Meet individual and team sales objectives while delivering excellent service.
