We’re looking for a Client Onboarding and Compliance Specialist to support client onboarding and compliance verification. This role is ideal for someone early in their compliance or underwriting career who is detail-oriented and client-focused.
What you’ll do
- Support end-to-end client onboarding
- Collect, review, and validate compliance documentation
- Perform compliance and underwriting reviews aligned with internal policies
- Communicate with clients to resolve onboarding and compliance issues
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, underwriting, risk, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
