We’re seeking a Director of Brand & Growth Strategy who thrives at the intersection of brand and growth, brings clarity to complex situations, and operates as a trusted partner to founders and leadership teams. You’ll lead strategy across a portfolio of clients—guiding how their brand shows up, evolves, and drives real business outcomes over time. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can turn strong brand foundations into focused direction across marketing, digital experience, and client acquisition.
You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, design, and growth teams to ensure the work we deliver is not only beautiful but also aligned, effective, and built to last. As a senior leader, you’ll also help shape how we deliver ongoing strategy—building systems, standards, and approaches that allow us to scale our impact without losing quality.

What You'll Own
Client Strategy & Growth
- Lead strategy across a portfolio of retainer clients, guiding growth, priorities, and key decisions
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on client goals, constraints, and market context
- Define and refine go-to-market approaches, including channels, messaging, and key initiatives
- Advise founders and leadership teams on marketing, growth, and strategic direction
Brand Application & Execution
- Translate brand foundations into clear direction across marketing, digital experience, and client acquisition
- Shape campaigns, content, and initiatives to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
- Review and elevate work to maintain a high bar across all client touchpoints
Client Leadership
- Lead client conversations, present recommendations, and guide decision-making
- Build strong, trusted relationships with founders and leadership teams
- Keep clients focused, aligned, and moving forward
- Elevate conversations beyond surface-level marketing requests
Internal Orchestration
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs
- Align designers, copywriters, and growth partners around a clear vision
- Manage strategic timelines and ensure cohesion across initiatives
- Help evolve Objective Brand’s internal frameworks and IP
- Develop repeatable frameworks and standards for post-launch strategy and growth

What You'll Get

- Base salary: $140,000–$160,000, with a clear path for increased responsibility and compensation over time
