Compensation
- Base Salary Uncapped Commission
- Top performers can earn $80K–$120K
- Vehicle allowance (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business with:
- Property managers
- HOAs
- Commercial real estate groups
- Facility managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct site visits and walk properties
- Create and present proposals for:
- Landscape maintenance
- Sweeping Services
- Irrigation services
- Snow services (seasonal)
- Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Aspire experience is a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or outside sales
- Strong closer with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable prospecting (calls, emails, in-person visits)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Landscape or service industry experience is a plus (not required)
