- Review site plans, specs, and bid packages
- Perform material, labor, and equipment takeoffs

- Work with vendors and subs to gather pricing

- Track bids and help improve win rates
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in landscape, construction, or estimating
- Ability to read plans (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here
- Comfortable with Excel, takeoff tools, and numbers
- Self-motivated — you don’t need to be micromanaged
