As Sales Coordinator at Obeetee, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing our online presence, supporting strong relationships with our most important partners, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely with an experienced team of mentors, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, rapidly-scaling wholesale (B2B) business backed by one of the oldest and largest industry leaders in our field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce product operations, including product setup and maintenance, across all sales channels
  • Work with overseas internal teams to obtain, refine, and store product data in internal PIM system, and develop processes to continually optimize content
  • Build products on partner portal sites using various templates and manual entry as required
  • Audit existing listings across channels to ensure content and customer experience is regularly optimized and continually improved
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch strategic site promotions (sales) and manage advertising campaigns on marketplace accounts
  • Monitor sales and advertising performance to identify opportunities for improvement and make growth recommendations
  • Assist with sales channel growth by preparing materials for new customer acquisition
  • Support product development process by helping maintain production calendar and keep cross-functional teams on task with deadlines
  • Support Operations team with ad hoc customer needs for select accounts, including some customer service and clerical responsibilities
  • Support sales and marketing team with administrative priorities including tradeshow set up, photoshoot sample distribution, etc.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for internal tools and processes
  • Periodic (~2X quarterly) travel to trade shows and customer visits will be required
  • Role is based in Eastern Time Zone hours, 8AM-5PM, with the expectation of availability throughout the day

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, operations, digital marketing, or related role
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (basic commands like pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively and professionally with both internal teams and external customers
  • Highly organized individual with airtight task management strategies and ability to independently prioritize a to-do list based on broad company goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in e-commerce B2B marketplace platforms including Wayfair, Amazon (3p), Target. Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Experience with PIM Systems is a plus
  • A passion for e-commerce and a desire to stay ahead in the industry. Experience or interest in the Home Furnishings sector is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range ~$60k-$70k, dependent on experience
  • Remote flexible, option to work in our offices in New York City, or elsewhere in the continental US (with periodic, regular travel to tradeshows and live meetings required). Standard working hours of 8AM-5PM EST.
