This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, Shopify- and Excel-experienced professional who enjoys optimizing online retail performance.
RESPONSBILITIES
- Upload new products and ensure accurate data across all listings.
- Track sales and build weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor inventory and site functionality to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Support promotions, markdowns, and new collection launches.
- Collaborate with customer service to manage order inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of e-commerce or data entry experience.
- Strong skills in Shopify and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Organized, analytical, and adaptable.
- Bonus: Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, or SEO knowledge.
