The National Accounts Manager will interface between strategic accounts and field team sales members. Responsible for overseeing medical wholesale channel, the NAM will ensure that the Obagi brand meets and exceeds goals established across all strategic accounts and groups.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning & Opportunity Identification: Build and maintain a quality pipeline of opportunities with new corporate account partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Secure qualified client meetings through networks and relationships.
- Complex Sales Process Management: Develop account plans and execute account/opportunity strategies.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify portfolio growth opportunities within designated accounts.
- Tailored Solution Development: Understand client needs and remove limitations to effectively sell solutions.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales team to ensure seamless collaboration and strategic alignment, driving account success and business growth.
- Work closely with trade marketing team to identify specific opportunities for collaboration that will drive Brand Visibility
- Continuous Improvement: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies as needed
- Relationship Building: Establish trust and credibility with senior level/executive stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Communication: Clearly articulate Obagi’s value proposition and align solutions with specific account needs.
- Strategic Coordination: Understand market and industry trends, coordinate account planning, and resolve issues effectively.
- Negotiation: Competent in financial strategy and maintain a close relationship with legal and finance team to develop the best outcome for the organization.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of collections and treatments that align with Partner’s needs.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with an outgoing personality that exudes confidence without arrogance and fosters trust in both new and existing networking relationships.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required, a focus in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences, highly preferred.
- At least 5-8 years of direct B2B sales experience within the dermatological, skincare, pharmaceutical or aesthetics industry, with 5 years of experience managing National Accounts
- Experience with injectables highly preferred
- Documented and consistent high-level performance with sales and related competencies
- Available to travel up to 60% of the time (including overnight as needed)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to details; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a collaborative mindset
