Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, performing machining and milling operations, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining machinery. Day-to-day tasks will include interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the production of precision parts to meet industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
- Experience with Milling and or Lathe operations Preferred Hass Lathe and Milling Center
- Strong skills in Quality Control
- Knowledge of Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
