Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and OEMs.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Strategic Partnerships & Client Engagement:
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in aerospace, semiconductor, and high-precision manufacturing industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic accounts.
- Conduct presentations, technical discussions, and contract negotiations.
Industry Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on emerging technologies and areas for innovation.
- Develop data-driven strategies to enhance OAV’s competitive position.
Collaboration & Product Development:
- Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to align customer needs with product development.
- Identify gaps in the market and recommend new product offerings.
- Support marketing efforts with technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with OAV’s growth objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Lead the development of sales proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, technical sales, or strategic partnerships within high-precision manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, or automation industries.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical acumen in precision motion systems, automation, or advanced manufacturing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop long-term business relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
