What You'll Do
- Point of contact for support in all of our markets
- Travel nationwide to cover markets with the execution of educational workshops and signing meetings
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to client emails in a timely, professional manner
- Assist with training new team members
- Schedule appointments, workshops, signing meetings, and other client interactions
- Monitor important deadlines and help ensure matters move forward efficiently
- Assist with special projects that may arise for the team
- Prepare and mail materials and documentation for client meetings
- Draft correspondence and assist with client communications
- Answer client questions and coordinate with attorneys to ensure outstanding service
- Organize, scan, copy, and maintain client files within our electronic document management system
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
- Help create a seamless, high-quality experience for every client who interacts with Oath
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of Office Management/Leadership experience
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Excitement to travel nationwide to support our office operations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, service-oriented attitude with a passion for helping people
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- No prior legal experience required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
