We are looking for an HR Generalist who is ready to take the next step in joining a people-first environment and wants to play a key role in building and supporting a high-performing team. As our sole HR Generalist you will be at the forefront of helping us to improve and execute all HR policies here at Oath.

You’ll work closely with leadership and team members to manage daily HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure policies and processes are both effective and human-centered.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions, concerns, and workplace matters
- Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with leadership to support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Monitor workplace trends and recommend improvements to enhance culture and retention
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment
