Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects
- Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule development
- Prepare bid and construction documents as well as detailed cost estimates
- Collaborate with the project team and engineers at all levels to develop designs and solutions
- Support proposals and participate in project pursuits and business development activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering - master's degree is a plus
- PE license
- 7 years of transportation engineering experience
- Proficiency in Microstation - experience with Geopak is a plus
- Strong written, technical, and organizational skills
