Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in San Ramon, CA. The Physical Therapist will assess and develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and guide patients through rehabilitation and wellness programs. The role will also include collaborating with other medical professionals, maintaining detailed treatment notes, and educating patients on exercises and care routines to optimize their outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care
- Solid understanding of Medicine and its application in therapeutic practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with patients and team members
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Experience in oncology-focused rehabilitation is a plus
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Dedication to promoting wellness and improving patients’ quality of life
