Desk Attendant ~ Join our Oasis Hot Tub Gardens Team!
We're looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic people who love providing great customer service and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
This is a fast-paced position where no two shifts are exactly alike. You'll help create an amazing experience for our guests while working alongside a team that values positivity, teamwork, and personal growth.
What you'll do:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Clean and prepare suites for guest arrivals
- Perform water quality checks
- Check guests in and process payments using our point-of-sale system (Square)
- Answer phones and schedule reservations
- Work independently while supporting your teammates
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment
Schedule:
- Approximately 16–24 hours per week (2–3 shifts)
- Additional hours may be available based on your availability and flexibility
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required
