What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Coordinator position at Oasis Hot Tub Gardens?
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, self-directed and organized individual with a friendly and cooperative attitude to join our team! Applicant must have open availability to include weekends and late nights. Generous starting wage and compensation is commensurate with experience. One-on-one training provided for reservations, water checks, cleaning and guest services. This position can be immense fun, it involves a large measure of independence and requires an individual who is well organized, flexible and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising people.
Qualifications:
High level of maturity and decision-making skills
Proven ability to lead by example
Highly organized and skilled with time management
Leadership or Supervisory experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service skill required
