Job description
Thriving Ophthalmology practice looking for an energetic, up-beat person who is eager to learn and grow within our office.
This full-time position entails Checking out, collecting fees and scheduling upcoming appointments. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: triaging phone calls, confirmation phone calls, managing incoming faxes, referrals, and tending to the physicians schedule. The use of kindness, empathy and patience when dealing with our patient population is a must! Pay will range with experience.
Potential to expand within the practice is provided and encouraged.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
