Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated Exterior Porter to help keep commercial properties clean, safe, and presentable throughout the Las Vegas area.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working independently.
Responsibilities
As an Exterior Porter, you will travel between assigned properties throughout your shift to perform exterior cleaning and maintenance, including:
- Picking up litter throughout the property
- Emptying and replacing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- Cleaning breezeways, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Taking before and after photos when required
- Providing excellent service while representing Oasis Custodial Services professionally
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple job sites during your shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Smartphone capable of receiving work assignments and taking photos
- Previous porter, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
