Oasis Custodial Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Commercial Cleaner to help keep our clients' facilities clean, sanitary, and presentable throughout the Las Vegas area.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for completing assigned cleaning duties at commercial properties, including:
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Emptying trash cans and replacing liners
- Cleaning offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
- Wiping and disinfecting desks, counters, tables, and high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning glass doors, mirrors, and interior windows as required
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies when needed
- Maintaining janitorial closets and cleaning equipment
- Reporting maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to management
- Taking before-and-after photos when required
- Following property-specific cleaning checklists and instructions
- Representing Oasis Custodial Services professionally while working at client properties
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Smartphone capable of receiving work assignments, communicating with management, and taking photos
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
