Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective food service strategies to meet the needs of our residents and guests
Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and other support personnel
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as quality control standards
Manage food inventory, ordering, and procurement to minimize waste and optimize budget
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and guests
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
ServSafe certification
2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and staff
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
