Position Summary:
The Transportation Specialist & Activities Assistant will be responsible for transporting residents safely to and from medical appointments. Additionally, this role will support the ALW/Resident Habilitation Director with day-to-day tasks, including assisting in activities, charting, and other administrative duties. Driving responsibilities typically include up to 5-10 hours a week, with the remaining time dedicated to supporting resident activities engagement and administrative functions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- License: Must possess a valid state driver’s license in good standing
- Work Experience: Experience working with senior citizens is preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
- MUST be able to drive and maneuver a Non-emergency Medical Transport Van
