POSITION SUMMARY:
The Resident Aide assists our residents in their day to day activities helping to ensure that all needs are met including, but not limited too, activities of daily living, helping with physical mobility, social or recreational moments and daily charting of certain activities & behaviors, to name a few.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL CAREGIVING POSITION**
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a team player, able and willing to work well with others all while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to be easily understood through verbal communication in the English language.
- Must have one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver/Resident aid at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs, be patient & compassionate.
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
