Duties:
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
- Provide information on jewelry characteristics, care, and maintenance
- Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
- Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on current jewelry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in jewelry, beauty, department stores, or clothing.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Billingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math
- Proficiency in English
