As a Jewelry Stylist, you are the face of the Mignon Faget brand. You will play a key role in creating meaningful connections with our customers—known as Collectors—while delivering an elevated and personalized shopping experience. This role blends customer service, sales, and operational support in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Customer Experience

While many of our Collectors are familiar with the meaning behind our pieces, others are just beginning their journey. You will serve as a brand ambassador—educating, guiding, and building lasting relationships between the Collector and the brand.
Sales
- Drive sales by delivering a thoughtful and engaging customer experience
- Meet and exceed gallery-specific sales goals
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions throughout the day
Inventory & Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory through clear communication with team members
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure a seamless store experience
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Strong interest in fashion, jewelry, and styling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
