Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other industry professionals.
- Educate partners on Oaktree Funding’s wholesale mortgage products and lending programs.
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Utilize company marketing resources while also building your own network of partners.
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to move loans through the process efficiently.
- Learn the fundamentals of wholesale lending, pricing, guidelines, and deal structuring.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in business, finance, communications, or related fields.
- Strong work ethic and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in developing a career in mortgage sales and financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
- Base salary plus commission.
- First-year total earnings typically range from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on performance.
