What Youâll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified leads to recommend the best life insurance options
- Work in-office Monday through Friday
- Deliver excellent service and consistent follow-up
- Take advantage of ongoing training, mentorship, and career coaching
- Choose your comp plan: steady base pay plus commission, or a high-commission structure with overrides
- $100K earning potential
- Full benefits package (health, 401k, PTO)

- Active Life Insurance License (Arizona or reciprocal state)
