Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Wellness Director is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Wellness Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing all wellness programs and health services to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Duties include creating individualized care plans, training and supervising caregiving staff, providing leadership to the healthcare team, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The Wellness Director will work closely with residents, families, and medical professionals to support residents' health, safety, and well-being while fostering a warm and supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
- Experience in creating and implementing care plans, managing healthcare services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with residents, families, and staff
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to elder care
- Knowledge of best practices in senior care, wellness programs, and dementia care
- Proficiency in documentation and healthcare information systems
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia, or equivalent healthcare-related certification
- Experience in a senior living or assisted living setting is highly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
