As the Director, you will help to over see our Peer 2 Peer (P2P) Program and our school based youth services programs (SBYSP) located throughout Southern New Jersey.
The NJP2P Program is a person-centered multi-dimensional program that looks to empower youth ages 14-21 who are involved in the child welfare system, using trained young professionals with lived experience (P2P Navigators).
SBYSP provides health and social services to youth in Mercer and Camden Counties with the goal of helping students finish their education, obtain skills leading to employment or continuing education and graduate healthy and drug free.
Location: Lumberton, NJ 08048
Schedule: Full-time; 40 hours; Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, flexible to meet program needs
Responsibilities:
- Assists in recruiting, training and developing a highly motivated and effective team
- Works with the AVP and VP to develop and implement financial plans at the program level
- Works with the AVP and VP to explore and coordinate available RFPs related to growth and development of children’s services
- Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to staff
- Communicates Agency & Departmental/Licensing changes in regulations, policies and procedures
- Promotes collaboration across systems and programs
- Closely monitors billing and AR for each program element

Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in social work or mental health field;
- NJ professional license (LCSW or LPC);
- Five (5) years post-Masters with clinical experience preferably working with youth and families;
- Valid Driver's License required.
