Oakridge Homes is currently looking for a Group Home Supervisor who:
- Will direct, plan and supervise persons served in one group home as well as manage direct support professionals while overseeing the activities and operations of the home according to its rules, policies and regulations.
- Has a proven track record of supervising staff successfully.
- Has experience working with clients with mental health needs.
- Has a heart of service dedicated to helping others
- Is flexible, adaptable, reliable and trustworthy
- A MN driver with a valid license and clean driving record
- Cleared to work by DHS background studies.
As a Group Home Supervisor you will be:
- Helping people with disabilities live more independently.
- Assisting with client cares as needed (bathing, toileting, transportation, etc.)
- Taking residents to community activities (shopping, movies, groups, dances, sports events, etc.)
- Scheduling staff to work, attending meetings, ordering and maintaining med administration.
- Providing opportunities for growth by residents, working on their individual goals and plans.
- Following programming for active treatment of clients.
- Keeping a clean and safe household environment for residents, preparing meals and healthy menus.
- Maintaining house and client monies, documentation and necessary monthly reports.
