The Position Specifics

The Expo controls the flow of food coming out of the kitchen while ensuring that it has been prepared with the highest quality, and according to Oakmont Brand Standards.

• Delivers the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with Guests and making sure they have everything they need
• Responsible for knowing all Oakmont food Brand Standards. That includes portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards)
• Prepares, stocks, and maintains sufficient levels of prepped sauces to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
• Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
• Completes daily opening and closing checklist

• 6 months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• able to communicate clearly with teammates and the management team.
• able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
