Duties
- Quickly and accurately deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables or designated areas, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Assist in organizing and expediting orders on the expo line for efficient service flow
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation standards, including proper food safety practices
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Support the bussing team by clearing empty dishes and resetting tables as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
- Handle food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates or assembling dishes when required, following culinary standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is essential
