Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Detroit, MI, for a Leasing Consultant at Oakmont Senior Living. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, coordinating lease agreements, and managing all leasing-related activities. Daily tasks include showing properties, assisting with lease administration, facilitating resident retention efforts, and assisting with inquiries and requests. The Leasing Consultant will play a critical role in creating a positive living experience for residents.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Resident Retention
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in leasing or property management is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications in real estate, property management, or a related field are a plus
