Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who is self-directed, motivated, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise general maintenance and repair tasks
- Identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Operate equipment as needed, including backhoe and brush hog
- Ensure grounds and facilities are maintained in a safe and functional condition
- Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or supervisory experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience operating a backhoe and brush hog preferred
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Requirements
- Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks involving electrical systems, HVAC systems, vehicle and equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical schematics accurately for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
