Position Summary
The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for internal and external reporting. The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst should have an intimate understanding of the business needs and requirements at the operational, financial, and technological levels of the company. The Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst will complete requests, automate existing tasks, and create new processes to gain efficiencies.
Essential Functions
- Reporting for internal and external customers.
- Creation, maintenance, and improvement of sequel reports.
- Creation, maintenance, and improvement of KPI’s, metrics, and dashboards
- Creation, maintenance, and improvement of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Creation, maintenance, and improvement of Sequel Data Warehouse software.
- ETL Processes and Data Modeling
- Designing and building enterprise data warehouse
- Financial and Operational analysis as needed
- Automate manual processes using various tools.
- Ad hoc project requests.
- Cross training of other analytics responsibilities as backup.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field required.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Comfortable with technology; knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Intermediate SQL and/or Sequel Viewpoint knowledge.
- Business Intelligence software knowledge
- ERP knowledge (AS400/Innovative)
- Intermediate ETL Processes and Data Modeling.
- Experience designing and building enterprise data warehouse.
- Ability to adapt and use new software.
- Accountability in time management and leadership in both independent and group work environments are required. Must be able to organize and prioritize incoming requests or projects.
