We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our printing services team. The designer will create and prepare artwork for a wide range of printed materials, ensuring all designs meet customer requirements and print production standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign print-ready artwork for products such as flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, posters, and packagingPrepare and adjust customer-supplied files for print (layout, resolution, color, and sizing)Ensure designs follow printing specifications, including bleed, trim, margins, and color modes (CMYK)Collaborate with customers, sales staff, and production teams to finalize designsProof designs and make revisions based on feedbackMaintain consistency with brand guidelines and quality standardsManage multiple design projects and meet production deadlines Skills & QualificationsProficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong understanding of print production processesKnowledge of typography, layout, and color managementGood attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in a printing or production environmentBasic knowledge of large-format printing and finishing processesAbility to handle customer interactions and design revisions
