Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Industrial Capital Markets to join our growing brokerage team. This role supports the execution of institutional and private client industrial investment sales, including logistics, distribution, manufacturing, IOS and last-mile assets.
The ideal candidate has very strong financial modeling skills in Argus and Excel, initial market knowledge within the Atlanta industrial real estate sector, and experience supporting complex, high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution
• Lead financial underwriting and valuation analyses for industrial investment properties and portfolios.
• Develop discounted cash flow (DCF), IRR, equity waterfall, and sensitivity models.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, data rooms, and buyer Q&A.
• Support transaction strategy, pricing guidance, and negotiation preparation.
Marketing & Client Advisory
• Prepare offering memorandums, pitch decks, quarterly reports, sale/ lease comps, and investment summaries.
• Conduct market research on industrial capital markets trends, cap rates, investor demand, and comparable sales.
• Assist in client presentations and strategic advisory discussions.
• Track active buyers and maintain CRM databases.
Market Intelligence
• Analyze macroeconomic trends, interest rate impacts, sale and lease comps, and capital flows affecting industrial assets.
• Monitor key markets and logistics corridors.
• Maintain comparable transaction databases and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or capital markets.
• Advanced financial modeling, Argus, and Excel proficiency.
• An understanding of industrial property fundamentals (warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, IOS, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
