PAY: $85,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with required on-call availability for emergencies.
YOUR DAY
As our Property Maintenance Manager, you'll guide the daily maintenance of all club facilities, ensuring that kitchens, dining areas, locker rooms, pro shop, mechanical systems, and grounds infrastructure operate at peak performance. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot electrical systems, perform hands-on repairs, direct preventative maintenance, coordinate contractors, oversee renovations, ensure safety compliance, and support your maintenance team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of facilities maintenance experience (hospitality/club/resort preferred)
- Experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction
- Supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in mechanical rooms, outdoor weather conditions, and maintenance environments
Trade certifications or licenses strongly preferred.
