What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Wallace Property Management, Inc.?
Boston Based Real Estate Management Company is seeking a full-time maintenance technician/laborer.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, their own tools and a smart phone capable of sending and receiving emails.
The position entails working with and assisting the Maintenance staff on various projects at rental properties located throughout the Boston area. Job duties will include painting, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, demolition, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair and delivery and other types work as required.
A professional appearance and good interpersonal skills are needed as you will interact with tenants on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will live within the city of Boston, the South shore or close to Boston. All applicants will be subject to a thorough background check.
