Remote GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote, or hybrid (NYC or SF)
Contract Length: 9 months (strong possibility of conversion)
Hourly Rate: $50-$70/hour
Permanent Salary: $140,000-$160,000
Our client, a high-growth B2B SaaS company, is seeking an experienced GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid expansion across its revenue organization.
Having more than tripled in size over the past two years, the company continues to scale aggressively and is investing heavily in its Go-to-Market organization and Talent Acquisition function. This contractor will play a critical role in helping meet growing hiring demand across Sales while partnering closely with business leaders and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will bring strong full-cycle GTM recruiting experience and sourcing expertise, with a track record of success in high-growth startup environments. They will demonstrate strong ownership, collaboration, curiosity, continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market positions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Lead hiring efforts for Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, and occasional Marketing roles.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and talent market insights.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for revenue-generating roles across the U.S.
- Conduct recruiter screens and effectively assess candidates against role requirements and company values.
- Deliver a high-touch, candidate-first recruiting experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage interview logistics, stakeholder communication, and offer processes.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and hiring data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Support headcount planning and hiring prioritization discussions with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows, improve operational efficiency, and leverage AI-enabled tools and automation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong background recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
- Experience supporting early-stage, high-growth SaaS startups (approximately 200-500 employees).
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive talent and building candidate pipelines from scratch.
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, hiring metrics, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Candidate-first mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tools.
- Experience recruiting within Series B-D SaaS organizations preferred.
Desirable Experience
- Experience recruiting Mid-Market, Enterprise, and field-based Sales talent.
- Familiarity with territory-based hiring and geographically aligned sales roles.
