You will own full cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, and machine learning. You will partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership while driving sourcing strategies that consistently attract elite technical talent.

What You Will Do
- Own full cycle recruiting for technical roles including distributed systems engineering, machine learning infrastructure, platform engineering, and related disciplines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage highly sought after technical candidates through outbound sourcing, research, referrals, and network development.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and role requirements.
- Screen and evaluate candidates while maintaining a high technical bar and strong candidate experience.
- Manage and nurture relationships with senior level and passive candidates across the AI and infrastructure ecosystem.
- Drive efficient hiring processes from initial outreach through offer negotiation and closing.
- Help refine and improve recruiting processes as the company continues to scale.
- 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical hiring.
- Experience recruiting engineers in areas such as distributed systems, infrastructure, machine learning, or AI platforms.
- Track record of sourcing and closing highly competitive technical candidates.
- Ability to understand complex technical roles and communicate credibly with engineering leaders.
- Strong relationship builder who develops trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and execution skills in fast moving environments.
